摘要
目的通过对轻度急性胰腺炎疾病临床发病原因、临床症状表现、诊断以及所采取的药物治疗等方面进行总结分析。方法选取北京朝阳中西医结合急诊抢救中心综合内科2018年1月-2021年9月所收治的轻度急性胰腺炎疾病患者有80例,将其视为本次研究对象。结果通过80例轻度急性胰腺炎疾病患者发病原因进行分析总结,患者病情均得到有效的控制,且临床治疗效果显著,出院患者例数为80例。结论通过对轻度急性胰腺炎疾病临床发病原因、临床症状表现、诊断以及所采取的药物治疗等方面进行总结分析,在对患者进行治疗的过程中,临床医生应该根据相关临床治疗原则对患者制定最佳的治疗方案,针对患者实际情况对其病情发病情况进行评估,增加临床疗效以及预后效果。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical causes,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and drug treatment of mild acute pancreatitis.Methods Eighty patients with mild acute pancreatitis treated in the general internal medicine of our hospital from January 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.Results Through the analysis and summary of the causes of 80 patients with mild acute pancreatitis,the condition of the patients was effectively controlled,and the clinical treatment effect was remarkable.The number of discharged patients was 80.Conclusion By summarizing and analyzing the clinical etiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and drug treatment of mild acute pancreatitis,in the process of treating patients,clinicians should formulate the most appropriate treatment for patients according to relevant clinical treatment principles.The best treatment plan is to evaluate the disease incidence of the patient according to the actual situation,and to increase the clinical efficacy and prognosis.
