摘要
目的探究平衡针联合磁热疗和微波在膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗中的应用。方法选择在我院进行诊疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,时间2021年1月-2021年12月,病例数:60例,随机数字法分成对照组(磁热疗和微波组)和实验组(平衡针+磁热疗+微波组),比较临床疗效、治疗前后膝关节疼痛程度(VAS评分)与骨性关节炎积分。结果实验组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者VAS评分与骨性关节炎积分均减少,且实验组VAS评分与骨性关节炎积分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎采用平衡针联合磁热疗和微波治疗疗效确切,有助于患者膝关节疼痛减轻、消除肿胀,并促进患者疾病症状改善,恢复膝关节正常活动能力,具有较高的临床治疗价值,值得应用,并做广泛推广。
Objective To explore the application of balance needle combined with magnetothermotherapy and microwave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods Choose knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital as the research object,from January 2021 to December 2,2021,the number of cases:60 cases,randomized digital method is divided into control group(magnetic thermotherapy and microwave group)and experimental group(balance needle+magnetic thermotherapy+microwave group),compare clinical efficacy,knee function,and lower limb movement.Results The experimental group was significantly more efficient than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the previous treatment,the VAS scores,and the VAS scores were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The exact effect of balanced knee osteoarthritis combined with magnetic thermotherapy and microwave treatment can help patients reduce knee pain and promote the improvement of disease symptoms,which is worth application.
