摘要
随着三元锂电池需求的逐年增加,废旧锂电池的回收与资源化利用迫在眉睫。本文详细介绍了三元锂电池的构成、发展概况及正极材料的回收工艺,着重对废旧三元锂电池正极材料的分离、3种预处理工艺的优势及存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,并对废旧三元锂电池正极材料的回收工艺及未来的发展方向进行了展望。
As the market demand of ternary lithium battery increased year by year,the recycling and utilization of waste lithium battery was imminent.In this paper,the composition,development and cathode material recovery process of ternary lithium battery were introduced in detail.The separation of cathode material of waste ternary lithium battery,the advantages and existing problems of three pretreatment processes were analyzed and discussed,and the recovery process and future development direction of waste ternary lithium battery cathode material were prospected.
