新工科背景下计算材料学实验教学改革与实践 被引量:6

摘要 为了进一步加强专业实践育人,以新工科建设和“中国制造2025”为指导思想,对计算材料学课程中的实验教学环节进行改革,以前沿科研内容引领实验教学创新,在上机实验中增设材料数据+计算模拟实验环节。学生通过团队协作,依据预设设计指标,完成收集材料数据、筛选和提取特征数据、制定模拟方案和计算材料性能、建立组织-性能的关系等一系列实验环节,引导学生转变仅以经验和实验为主的材料研发思路,领会“数据+计算”驱动的材料设计内涵,同时提高学生的团队协作、自主学习、动手实践、科研分析、创新思维等能力。 Guided by “New Engineering” and “Made in China 2025”, the experimental teaching of computational materials science needs to be continuously reformed to improve the mode of professional practice. The contents of experimental teaching are derived from the research-oriented projects. “Materials data + Computational simulation” part is newly added into the experimental teaching program. According to the materials strategy for an engineering design, students need to retrieve the related material data, analyze and extract the key data, setup simulation model and compute materials properties, and establish a relationship of microstructure-property through the teamwork. The innovation of experimental teaching can guide undergraduate students to transform the existed trial-and-error mode of research and development in materials based on experience and experiments, to a new data-driven and computational mode of the intelligent design of materials. Furthermore, this reform and practice can also improve the abilities of student’s teamwork cooperation, autonomous learning, programming practice, research and innovation.
