摘要
验证性实验是高校实验教学中不可或缺的内容,在本科实验课程的设置中占有很大的比例。为了提高验证性实验教学效果,采用开放式实验教学模式对遗传学实验课程中综合性较强的验证性实验果蝇杂交实验进行了一系列的实践与研究。通过对比实验班级与对照班级前后测成绩、实验报告质量,结合学生实验过程的操作情况及学生问卷调查结果分析,开放式的教学模式提高了学生期末测验成绩和实验报告的质量,减少了学生实验盲目性,体现了以学生为主体,增强了学生自主学习能力,提高了实验学习的效果,可作为改善传统式验证性实验教学模式的方法之一。同时应注意开放式实验教学方法在课程中使用的比例、关注学生实验过程和教学改革对学生心理的影响。
Verification experiment is one of the indispensable forms of experimental teaching in universities, and it still has a large proportion in the undergraduate experimental curriculum.In order to improve the effect of experimental teaching, the open experimental teaching mode wascarried out. A series of practice and research on the comprehensive verification experiment “fruit fly hybridization experiment” were exploredin the course of genetics experiment. The results show that the open teaching mode improves the quality of students’ final test scores and experimental reports, reduces students’ blindness in experiments, reflects student-oriented idea, enhances students’ autonomous learning ability, and improves the effect of experimental learning.Itmay be one of the methods to improve the traditional confirmatory experimental teaching mode.At the same time, attention should be paid to the proportion of open experimental teaching method used in the course, the experimental process, and the influence of teaching reform on students’ psychology.
