摘要
数控车教学(CNClatheteaching)是全国普通高等院校工程训练实习教学中的重要环节,但传统的教师操作演示+学生重复操作的教学方法模式无法引起学生兴趣,缺乏创新思维训练过程,教学效果欠佳。引入问题导向型教学方法,通过解决车床变速箱故障实际问题,构建“工程问题导向剖析—柔性需求性学习—虚拟实践结合(虚实结合)—工程精细管理为一体的新型数控车虚实结合”教学模式、创建真实的工程实践环境、激发学生探索意识和动手能力。教学实践结果表明,通过不断完善教学手段、丰富教学内容、攻克数控车床加工零件操作过程中的各项问题,提高了零件加工效率和设备使用率,解决了车床变速箱故障实际工程问题,增强了学生获得感。
The CNC lathe teaching is an important part of engineering training practice teaching in national general higher education institutions. The teaching result is not good, because the traditional teaching model of teachers’ operation demonstration + students’ repetitive operation cannot arouse students’ interest and lacks innovative thinking training process. A new teaching model of "engineering problem-oriented analysis-flexible demand-based learning-virtual practice combination(virtual and real combination)-engineering fine management combined with virtual reality" is built by introducing a problem-oriented teaching method and solving the actual problem of lathe gearbox failure. The real engineering practice environment is created. The student’s sense of exploration and manual skills are promoted. The results show that the completing teaching methods, ample education content and actual operation of CNC lathe improve processing efficiency and equipment utilization. The practical engineering problem of lathe gearbox failure is solved. Then, the students are filled with great sense of achievement.
