纯电动汽车电池包结构轻量化设计

摘要 目前纯电动汽车在汽车市场上占据了相当多的一部分,纯电动汽车与传统内燃机汽车根本的区别在于纯电动汽车采用电池包作为能量来源,目前使用最广的电池包种类为锂电池,但是目前锂电池的生产技术并不完善,电容量大的锂电池相应的其质量和体积也大,因此对电池包结构轻量化的研究有着重要的意义。采用soildworks三维建模软件建立一个锂电池包的模型后,根据电池包的实际情况设置边界条件,进行有限元分析,得出将汽车电池包轻量化的措施,对汽车电池包的发展有着重要的指导意义。 At present,pure electric vehicles occupy a considerable share in the automotive market.The fundamental difference between pure electric vehicles and traditional internal combustion engine vehicles is that pure electric vehicles use battery packs as an energy source.At present,the most widely used battery packs are lithium batteries.However,the current production technology for lithium batteries is not perfect,and the corresponding mass and volume of lithium batteries with large capacitance are also large.This is of great significance to the research on a lightweight battery pack structure.This paper uses SolidWorks 3D modeling software to build a model of a lithium battery pack.According to the actual situation of the battery pack,the boundary conditions were set and the finite element analysis was carried out.The measures for lightening the automobile battery pack were obtained,which has important guiding significance for the development of automobile battery packs.
