摘要
目的分析腰椎间盘突出症(腰突症)患者实施B超下椎间孔阻滞松解术配合电针治疗的临床效果。方法200例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。两组患者均接受常规对症治疗,对照组患者在常规对症治疗基础上实施常规电针治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上应用B超下椎间孔阻滞松解术配合电针治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后腰椎功能、疼痛程度改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者日本骨科协会评估量表(JOA)评分均较本组治疗前升高,且观察组患者JOA评分(25.73±2.78)分高于对照组的(20.05±2.15)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组患者VAS评分(3.09±1.06)分低于对照组的(4.30±1.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者实施B超下椎间孔阻滞松解术配合电针治疗的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的腰椎功能,降低疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intervertebral foramen block release combined with electroacupuncture under B-ultrasound on lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment,on this basis,patients in the control group were treated with conventional electroacupuncture,and patients in the observation group were treated with B-ultrasound guided intervertebral foramen block release combined with electroacupuncture based on the control group.The therapeutic effect and the improvement of lumbar function and pain degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment;the JOA score(25.73±2.78)points in the observation group was higher than(20.05±2.15)points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Iintervertebral foramen block release combined with electroacupuncture under B-ultrasound has significant clinical effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation,and can improve the lumbar function and reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
