摘要
城市地下管线普查数据质检系统可有效帮助探测人员进行探测成果的检查,保障地下管线空间数据的质量。分析了长江流域各探测单位地下管线的探测成果,根据地下管线数据的质检要求,建立了一套空间数据质量模型评价体系;并结合探测单位和业主单位的实际使用情况设计了数据标准化、数据空间化、数据提交、数据复核、数据入库5个流程。基于ArcGIS Engine完成了地下管线质检入库系统的开发,并以重庆市测区管线数据为例,验证了数据质检和入库功能的准确率和正确性。
The quality inspection system of urban underground pipeline census data can effectively help the inspection personnel to check the detection results and ensure the quality of underground pipeline spatial data.In this paper,we analyzed the inspection results of underground pipelines in the Yangtze River Basin,and according to the quality inspection requirements of underground pipeline data,established a set of spatial data quality model evaluation system.Combining with the actual use of inspection companies and owners,we designed five processes of data standardization,data spatialization,data submission,data review and data storage.Finally,we developed an underground pipeline quality inspection and warehousing system based on ArcGIS Engine.Taking the pipeline data of Chongqing for example,we verified the accuracy and correctness of data quality inspection and warehousing function of this system.
