摘要
目的:观察替米沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗高血压心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:选取122例高血压心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照患者入院时间进行分组,将于2019年1月至2020年1月收治的61例患者设为对照组,给予比索洛尔片治疗;将于2020年2月至2021年1月收治的61例患者设为观察组,给予替米沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗,比较两组治疗效果,内皮素-1、一氧化氮、脑钠肽水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.72%,高于对照组的86.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组一氧化氮水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组血清内皮素-1和脑钠肽水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.28%,明显低于对照组的14.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗高血压心力衰竭患者可提高治疗总有效率和一氧化氮水平,降低血清内皮素-1和脑钠肽水平及不良反应发生率,优于单纯比索洛尔治疗效果。
Objective:To observe Effects of Telmisartan combined with Bisoprolol in treatment of patients with hypertensive heart failure.Methods:122 patients with hypertensive heart failure were selected as the research subjects.These patients were grouped according to the time of admission.61 patients treated from January 2019 to January 2020 were set as control group,and were treated with Bisoprolol tablets alone;while 61 patients treated from February 2020 to January 2021 were set as observation group,and were given Telmisartan combined with Bisoprolol.The therapeutic effects,the levels of endothelin-1,nitric oxide and brain natriuretic peptide levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.72%,which was higher than 86.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of nitric oxide in the two groups were higher than before the treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the serum endothelin-1 and brain natriuretic peptide levels in both groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.28%,which was significantly lower than 14.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Telmisartan combined with Bisoprolol in the treatment of the patients with hypertensive heart failure can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the serum endothelin-1 and brain natriuretic peptide levels,increase the nitric oxide levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to single Bisoprolol treatment.
