摘要
城市韧性问题是新兴的研究议题,文章构建以经济韧性、生态韧性、工程韧性、社会韧性为子系统的城市韧性评估系统,借鉴物理学耦合模型计算2014年~2018年长沙市城镇化发展与城市韧性的耦合协调度,并对其进行分析。结果表明:长沙市的城镇化水平和城市韧性水平总体上持续提高,两者耦合协调度总体由严重失调向基本协调上升。生态韧性与工程韧性对两个系统的耦合协调度前期起了正向促进作用,但后期则起到相反的阻碍作用;经济韧性与社会韧性二个系统耦合协调度的影响,则在研究阶段出现了从负到正的方向转变。
Urban resilience is an emerging research topic.This paper constructs an urban resilience assessment system with economic resilience,ecological resilience,engineering resilience and social resilience as subsystems,and uses the physical coupling model to calculate and analyze the coupling coordination degree between urbanization development and urban resilience in Changsha from 2014 to 2018.The results show that the level of urbanization and the level of urban resilience in Changsha continue to improve on the whole,and their coupling coordination degree rises from serious maladjustment to basic coordination.The ecological toughness and engineering toughness positively promote the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in the early stage,but negatively hinder it in the later stage.The influence of the coupling coordination degree of economic resilience and social resilience change from negative to positive in the research stage.
