采煤工作面遇断层煤壁控制技术研究

摘要 针对3305采煤工作面遇断层出现煤壁片帮、冒顶等问题,采用COMSOL软件及现场实测方法对断层影响范围内应力分布情况进行分析,并确定采用注浆方法提高断层影响范围内煤岩体强度。为降低注浆对采面生产影响,在运输巷超前3305采面200 m处布置钻场,在钻场内施工长距离注浆孔,注浆浆液采用水泥单液浆。现场应用后,采面在回采过断层期间未出现片帮、冒顶等情况,同时采面液压支架接顶良好、支架压力分布平稳,实现了采面安全高效过断层。 In view of the problems of coal wall caving and roof fall in 3305 coal mining face in case of fault, COMSOL software and field measurement method are used to analyze the internal stress distribution within the influence range of fault, and grouting method is determined to improve the strength of coal and rock mass within the influence range of fault. In order to reduce the impact of grouting on mining face production, a drilling yard is arranged 200 m ahead of 3305 mining face in the transportation roadway. Long distance grouting holes are constructed in the drilling yard, and the grouting slurry adopts single cement slurry. After the field application, the mining face did not have side caving and roof fall during the mining through the fault. At the same time, the hydraulic support of the mining face was well connected and the support pressure distribution was stable, which realized the safe and efficient fault crossing of the mining face.
