摘要
为提高采面过断层效率并降低综采设备磨耗,提出采用预掘巷道松动爆破方式过断层。依据3506综采工作面、DF19断层实际赋存情况,对采面过断层技术方案以及松动爆破孔布置参数进行设计。现场应用后,断层带内坚硬岩层完整性以及强度均得以降低,邻近的松动爆破孔间发育有贯通的裂隙,采面在断层带推进时可保持4.8 m/d速度,预计耗时15 d即可通过DF19断层。
In order to improve the fault crossing efficiency of mining face and reduce the wear of fully mechanized mining equipment, the loose blasting method of advance roadway is proposed to cross the fault. According to the actual occurrence of 3506 fully mechanized mining face and DF19 fault, the technical scheme of mining face passing through fault and the layout parameters of loose blasting holes are designed. After field application, the integrity and strength of hard rock strata in the fault zone are reduced, and intermittent cracks are developed between adjacent loose blasting holes. The mining face can maintain a speed of 4.8 m/d when the fault zone is advancing. It is estimated that it will take 15 days to pass through DF19 fault.
