摘要
交流接触器的吸合过程与其响应速度以及可靠性密切相关。首先介绍了一种可调整触点开距的交流接触器实验系统,同步实时采集吸合过程中的触点电压、动铁心位移和线圈电流等波形。然后,研究触点开距对吸合时间、回跳时间以及稳定时间的影响。最后,讨论了交流接触器在不同触点开距下的吸合特性。
The pull-in process is closely related to the response time and the reliability of the AC contactor.Firstly,an AC contact experimental system which can adjust the contact gap is introduced,and the waveforms of the contact voltage,moving iron core displacement and coil current are recorded in real time.Furthermore,the influence of the contact gap on the pull-in time,bounce duration,and stability duration is studied.Finally,the pull-in characteristics of AC contactor with the different contact gaps are discussed.
