摘要
龙凤山800 m^(3)高炉专门用于铸造用生铁的冶炼。在采用现有原料(铁矿含钛量不做严格要求)条件下,通过采用低焦比操作,调整高炉炉渣碱度、送风温度、装料制度和热制度,优化煤气流分布,提高风口燃烧温度,缩小风口面积和增大炉顶压力,改善炉渣性能等措施,实现了C05L和C06L低硅、低钛和低硫高纯生铁的稳定生产,同时高炉燃料焦比下降了12 kg/t,生产成本显著降低。
Longfengshan 800 m^(3) blast furnace is specially used for casting pig iron smelting.Under the condition of using the existing raw materials(titanium content of iron ore is not strictly required),through using the low coke ratio operation,adjusting the basicity,air supply temperature,charging system and heat system of blast furnace slag,optimizing the distribution of gas flow,improving the combustion temperature of tuyere,reducing the area of tuyere and increasing the pressure of furnace top and improving the performance of slag,realize the stable production of low silicon,low titanium and low sulfur and high purity pig iron of C05L and C06L.Meantime,the fuel coke ratio has been reduced by 12 kg per ton and the production costs are significantly reduced.
