摘要
分析了仓库货品管理的重要方法ABC分类法的研究现状,指出传统ABC分类法只以价值作为货品分类标准过于单一。为了体现仓库货品管理的循环周转状态,创新性地提出了基于二维矩阵模型的ABC分类法,该方法以货品价值和周转率为货品分类标准,构建了二维矩阵模型进行货品ABC分类。实例证明该方法可以兼顾货品价值和周转率,实现仓库对货品的高效管理,提升物流效率,为“双循环”助力。
In this paper,we analyzed the research status of ABC classification,an important method of warehouse goods management,and pointed out that goods value,the sole basis for cargo categorization in traditional ABC classification,was overly simplistic.In order to reflect the turnover state of the goods in storage,we put forward an innovative ABC classification method based on the two-dimensional matrix model.By this method,a two-dimensional matrix model was constructed for the ABC classification of goods based on both goods value and turnover.At the end,an empirical example was used to show that said method could consider both goods value and turnover,realize the efficient management of goods in storage,improve logistics efficiency,and help the"double circulation"program.
