摘要
针对煤矿井下应急处置中木质设施建造的需要,在分析研究便携式气钉枪结构及技术的基础上,将研制的便携式气钉枪应用于应急救援中,不仅解决了矿山救护队在建造木质设施过程中气钉成本高、储气瓶体积大和气枪数量少的问题,而且提高了效率和安全性,降低了成本,改进了煤矿井下事故处置的工作程序,为提高矿山救护队应急救援的效率提供了新的技术途径。
Aiming at the need of constructing wooden facilities in underground coal mine emergency disposal,based on the analysis and research of portable air nail gun structure and technology,the developed portable air nail gun is applied in emergency rescue,which not only solves the problems of high cost of air nails,large volume of storage cylinders and small number of air guns in the process of constructing wooden facilities for mine rescue teams,but also improves the efficiency and safety,reduces the cost and improves the coal mine It also improves the efficiency and safety,reduces the cost,improves the working procedure of underground accident disposal,and provides a new technical way to improve the efficiency of mine rescue teams in emergency rescue.
