摘要
针对常规压裂液对低压低渗透油藏造成的水锁伤害和压裂液反排能力不足的问题,将自生气体系与泡沫压裂液技术相结合,开展了自生气冻胶泡沫压裂液体系的研究及性能评价。优化试验结果表明生气剂为3.6%尿素和4.5%亚硝酸钠、盐酸用量为2.9%、稠化剂为0.35%酸性胍胶、交联剂为0.6%酸性有机硼和起泡剂为0.3%XH131H时能形成自生气冻胶泡沫压裂液体系。通过压裂液室内评价表明该体系具有配伍性良好、最大携砂量达到35%、泡沫干度达到90%以上、流变性能好、滤失性小、岩心伤害小的优点,可用于低渗低压低温油田的压裂改造。
Aiming at the problem of water blocking damage caused by conventional fracturing fluid to low pressure and low permeability reservoirs and the shortage of fracturing fluid's backflow capacity,the research and performance evaluation of authigenic gas gel foam fracturing fluid system were carried out by combining the self-generating gas system with foam fracturing fluid technology.The optimization test results show that the authigenic gas gelling/Foaming fracturing fluid system can be formed when the gas generator is 3.6%urea and 4.5%sodium nitrite,the dosage of hydrochloric acid is 2.9%,the thickener is 0.35%acidic guar gum,the cross linking agent is 0.6%organic acid boron and the foaming agent is 0.3%XH131H.The laboratory evaluation of fracturing fluid shows that the system has the advantages of good compatibility,maximum sand carrying capacity of 35%,foam dry degree of more than 90%,good rheological property,low filtration and low core damage.It can be used for fracturing in low permeability low pressure and low temperature oilfield.
