摘要
电梯载荷测试需求设计一种具有翻越楼梯及门槛功能的测试机器人来代替人工搬运测试砝码。使用仿真分析软件ADAMS对设计的轮式越障机器人模型进行运动学和动力学仿真分析。结果表明:在轮式越障机构设计下,最佳机架长度为700~760 mm。
An lift load test robot with the function of climbing over stairs and thresholds was designed to replace the manual handling of test weights.The simulation software ADAMS was used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics of the designed wheeled barrier crossing robot model.The results show that a frame length of between 700 and 760 mm is the optimum frame length for the wheeled barrier crossing mechanism design.
