摘要
为进一步提升矿用调度绞车在狭窄、恶劣工作面的适应能力,保证调度绞车的牵引力,在传动调度绞车的基础上完成了新型调度绞车的结构设计和关键部件的设计选型。基于Pro/E软件建立调度绞车传动系统的三维模型,在充分验证仿真模型准确性的基础上,对传动系统在变负载工况下的齿轮啮合力的动态特性进行仿真分析,为后续新型调度绞车传动系统结构改进和优化奠定基础。
In order to further improve the applicability of the mine dispatching winch in narrow and harsh working surfaces and to ensure the traction of the dispatching winch,the structural design of the new dispatching winch and the design selection of key components were completed on the basis of the transmission dispatching winch.Based on the Pro/E software,a three-dimensional model of the drive system of the dispatching winch is established.On the basis of fully verifying the accuracy of the simulation model,the dynamic characteristics of the gear meshing force of the drive system under variable load conditions are simulated and analysed,laying the foundation for the subsequent structural improvement and optimization of the new dispatching winch drive system.
