摘要
目的通过检索全球近5年心血管领域纤维化的相关文献,对本领域的科学成果进行可视化分析,探索本领域发展状况及动态前沿。方法以2016~2020年Web of Science(WOS)核心合集收录的文献为对象,对心血管领域发表的纤维化相关的文献进行可视化分析。结果检索获得5598篇文献,年均发文量接近1120篇,近几年发文量不断增加。英国伦敦大学学院域心血管科学研究所的James C Moon教授较在该领域的研究成果较突出。发文量最高的机构为哈佛大学,发文量最高的期刊为《Circulation》,美国、中国、日本为发文量排名前3的国家,热点关键词为“心力衰竭”、“心肌纤维化”等。未来的发展趋势可能聚焦机制研究,研发对抗纤维化的分子靶向药物,从而降低纤维化相关的心血管事件的危险性。结论应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer进行心血管领域纤维化相关的文献分析,直观地展示心血管领域纤维化研究的热点和前沿,为相关的课题设计提供综合的参考信息。
Objective To visually analyze the scientific achievements in this field by searching the relevant literature on fibrosis in the cardiovascular system in the past five years.Explore the development status,research hotspots and dynamic frontiers in this field.Methods The relevant literature from 2016 to 2020 included in the core collection in the Web of Science(WOS)was used to visually analyze the published literature on fibrosis in cardiovascular system research.Results A total of 5598 articles were obtained,with an average annual volume of 1120 articles.In recent years,the number of articles published is high and stable,the most significant publication volume is Harvard University in the United States,and the journal with the highest volume of publication is"circulation".The United States,China,Japan,Germany and the United Kingdom are the top five countries in terms of publication volume.The hot keywords are fibrosis,heart failure,myocardial fibrosis,dysfunction,atrial fibrillation,inflammation,myocardial infarction and so on,forming seven clusters.It is predicted that the development trend is to seek molecularly targeted drugs against fibrosis to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events related to fibrosis.Conclusion CiteSpace and Vosviewer are used to analyze the literature related to cardiovascular fibrosis,which can directly show the hotspots and frontiers of cardiovascular fibrosis research,reveal the authors and institutions that can cooperate,and provide reference topics and development direction.
