光谱滴定法测定葡萄酒中总酸的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 建立光谱滴定法用于葡萄酒中总酸含量的测定方法,试验并讨论了光谱滴定参数G_(a*-b*)为滴定终点参数,峰型凸出、无干扰;确定取样体积为5 mL,酚酞作为指示剂,光谱范围380 nm~780 nm,△λ=5 nm,光程10 nm,采样频率200 ms,积分周期20 ms;方法检出限为0.082 g/L,9次平行测定值的相对标准偏差为1.21%,3个加标水平的回收率分别为95.5%、96.8%、101.7%。与国家标准规定的指示剂法测定结果进行比对,测定结果无显著性差异,该方法操作简便,测定快速。 The spectral titration method is established for the determination of the total acid content in wine.The spectral titration parameter G_(a*-b*)is the titration end parameter,and the peak type protrudes and has no interference;Determine the sampling volume as 5 mL,phenolphthalein as indicator,and the spectral range is 380 nm-780 nm,△λ=5 nm,optical path 10 nm,sampling frequency 200 ms,integration period 20 ms;The detection limit of the method was 0.082 g/L,the relative standard deviation of 9 parallel determinations was 1.21%,and the recoveries of the 3 spiked levels were 95.5%,96.8%,and 101.7%,respectively.Compared with the indicator measurement results stipulated by the national standard,there was no significant difference in the results.The method is easy to operate and fast to measure.
