摘要
鉴于ISO/IEC 17025:2017和ISO 9001:2015对实验室提出了识别、应对风险和机遇的新要求,本文从固体废物检验鉴别实验室提高应对风险和机遇管理能力、确保实验室质量目标实现的角度出发,分析和评价了固体废物检验鉴别活动的各个关键要素中存在的风险和机遇,研究了固体废物检验鉴别活动中的风险和机遇管理及控制机制,提出了建立符合固体废物检验鉴别实验室风险和机遇应对的程序和措施,以确保实验室检验鉴定结果的准确性,提升管理体系运行的有效性,为固体废物检验鉴别活动的持续改进提供保障。
In accordance with the new requirements for laboratories to cope with risks and opportunities in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015,from the perspective of improving the ability of laboratories to cope with risks and ensuring the achievement of laboratory quality objectives,to establish a risk and opportunity management and control mechanism for the laboratory in the field of solid waste identification,and to carry out risk identification,risk assessment and risk control for laboratory solid waste identification activities,reduce or eliminate risks to solid waste identification.To achieve continuous improvement through risk monitoring,establish procedures and measures in line with laboratory operation,improve the effectiveness of management system,and ensure the achievement of laboratory quality objectives,to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the management in the field of solid waste identification.
