摘要
移测装置作为风洞的标准配套设备,是风洞开展超声速流场测试必不可少的装置,其性能指标直接影响到流场测试结果。针对原装置存在的缺点和不足,提出一种新的结构设计方案,基于ANSYS软件的流体仿真与结构仿真计算功能,开展新装置的设计优化和强度分析等工作,经过实际应用运行,新的装置定位精度高、结构稳定可靠、受力特性好,完全满足任务需求。
As a standard corollary equipment of wind tunnel,a moving measurement apparatus is essential for supersonic flow field calibration whose performance has an immediate effect on the testing result of the flow field.In this paper,a new structural design concept is proposed based on the disadvantages of the existing moving measurement apparatus.Optimal design and strength analysis are carried out using ANSYS fluid and structural calculation components.In application,the new apparatus has been proved to be of high accuracy,solid and reliable structure,and good mechanical properties.
