摘要
目的 观察补阳还五汤联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死患者临床疗效及对血清肌酐(Scr)水平的影响。方法 将我院96例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各48例。对照组接受常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予补阳还五汤治疗。评价两组患者治疗后临床疗效、比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)与日常生活活动的功能(Barthel)指数,并检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体、血清肌酐(Scr)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Barthel指数高于对照组,NIHSS评分与Hcy、hs-CRP与D-二聚体、血清Scr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 补阳还五汤联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效优于单纯西药治疗,对缓解中风症状,改善预后有很好的效果,具有临床推广意义。
s:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with alprostadil in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the level of serum creatinine(Scr). Methods A total of 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group received routine basic treatment,while treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of control group. After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,the Neurological deficit score(NIHSS)and the function of activities of daily living(Barthel)index of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),D-dimer and serum creatinine(SCR)were detected. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),Barthel index in treatment group increased significantly,NIHSS score and Hcy,hs-CRP,D-dimer,and serum Scr decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with alprostadil is better than western medicine alone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. It has a good effect on alleviating stroke symptoms and improving prognosis,and has clinical significance.
