摘要
目的 以湖北茯苓药材为原料,建立适宜的加工工艺,为指导种植基地产地加工提供科学依据。方法 采集湖北罗田产区秋季的茯苓鲜药材,以药材成型率、药材质量和工艺可及性为综合评判标准,对去皮前处理方法、干燥方式等工艺进行优选。结果 优选出茯苓加工工艺:取鲜茯苓,蒸制,去皮,切丁,40℃低温烘干。结论 该研究为湖北产地茯苓丁的规范化生产加工提供一定的参考。
Objective To establish a suitable processing technology with Hubei Poria cocos as raw material,so as to provide scientific basis for guiding the processing in the producing area of planting base. Methods Fresh Poria cocos in autumn from Luotian production area,Hubei Province was collected. The pretreatment methods and drying methods were optimized based on the comprehensive evaluation criteria of drug forming rate,drug quality and process accessibility. Results The processing technology of Poria cocos was optimized:fresh Poria cocos,steamed,peeled,diced and dried at 40℃. Conclusion This study provides a certain reference for the standardized production and processing of Poria cocos from Hubei Province.
