摘要
随着煤化工行业不断发展,粉煤加压气化技术得到了广泛应用,气化装置中的转动设备是设备运行过程中的故障高发点,该设备的运行稳定性直接关系到化工企业的经济效益。对气化装置中转动设备的典型故障进行了分析,根据联合分析提出了相应的解决方案。
With the continuous development of coal chemical industry,pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology had been widely used.The rotating equipment in the gasification unit was the high point of failure during the operation of the equipment,and the operation stability of the equipment was directly related to the economic benefits of the chemical enterprise.The typical faults of the rotating equipment in the gasification unit were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed according to the joint analysis.
