摘要
目的探究膝关节骨关节炎与股骨粗隆间骨折的相关性,为预防股骨粗隆间骨折的发生提供参考依据。方法选取中国人民武装警察部队特色医学中心关节运动医学科2019年1月—2021年1月收治的100例膝关节骨关节炎患者进行研究,将其作为观察组;同时将2018年1—12月收治的100例健康体检人员纳入对照组,两组均随访1年,记录并比较两组1年后股骨粗隆间骨折发生率,膝关节Rasmussen、HSS及KSS评分,并分析膝关节骨关节炎与股骨粗隆间骨折的发生、膝关节Rasmussen、HSS及KSS评分的相关性。结果观察组患者随访1年股骨粗隆间骨折发生率为17.00%,高于对照组的0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节Rasmussen、HSS及KSS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,膝关节骨关节炎与股骨粗隆间骨折的发生呈正相关,与膝关节Rasmussen、HSS及KSS评分呈负相关。结论膝关节骨关节炎与股骨粗隆间骨折具有一定相关性,膝关节骨关节炎可能是股骨粗隆间骨折风险因素之一,并影响膝关节功能评分,值得进一步研究,为预防股骨粗隆间骨折提供可靠依据。
Objective To explore the correlation between knee osteoarthritis and femoral intertrochanteric fracture,so as to provide a reliable basis for the prevention of the occurrence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in Characteristic Medical Center of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study group;at the same time,100 healthy physical examination personnel from January to December 2018 were included as the control group.Both groups were followed up for 1 year.The incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture after 1 year and Rasmussen,HSS and KSS scores of knee joint were recorded and compared between the two groups,the correlation between knee osteoarthritis and femoral intertrochanteric fracture,and the scores of Rasmussen,HSS and KSS were analyzed.Results The incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the observation group was 17.00%,which was higher than 0.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Rasmussen,HSS and KSS scores of knee joint in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that knee osteoarthritis was positively correlated with the occurence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,and negatively correlated with knee Rasmussen,HSS and KSS scores.Conclusion There was a certain correlation between knee osteoarthritis and femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Knee osteoarthritis might be one of the risk factors of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,which was worthy of further research and provided a reliable basis for the prevention of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
