摘要
开展疫苗联合接种是联合疫苗的有效补充,提高了疫苗接种的依从性和接种率。本文总结了流感疫苗、23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗、肠道病毒A组71型疫苗、水痘减毒活疫苗、脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗、轮状病毒疫苗的联合接种的研究现状,同时对全球各国疫苗联合接种开展情况及相应政策规定进行了归纳,为我国联合疫苗的研发和联合接种政策的推行提供参考。
Co-administration of multiple vaccines can greatly improve the vaccination compliance and increase the coverage of vaccination.This paper reviews the research progress on the safety and immunogenicity of co-administration of 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine,influenza vaccine,EV-A71 vaccine,live attenuated varicella vaccine,inactivated polio vaccine and rotavirus vaccine.We also summarize the global implementation of joint vaccination and corresponding policies and regulations in order to provide references for the research and development of joint vaccines and to improve the application of joint vaccination in China.
