城市土地扩张的时空特征及其影响因素研究--基于我国31个省份面板数据

Study on Spatial-temporal Characteristics and Its Influencing Factors of Urban Land Expansion--Based on Panel Data of 31 Provinces in China

摘要 以我国31个省份为研究单元,基于2001—2019年城市面板数据,构建城市土地扩张面积指数和扩张强度指数,结合固定效应面板数据模型,从国家和区域尺度分析了我国城市土地扩张时空特征及其影响因素。结果表明:①城市土地扩张面积指数呈持续上升的趋势,而城市土地扩张强度指数呈波动下降的趋势。②东部地区城市土地面积增长最为明显,其次为西部、中部和东北地区;中部地区城市土地扩张强度下降最为明显,其次为西部、东部和东北地区。③城市土地面积扩张最为明显的区域分布在新疆、重庆、云南等省份,年均城市面积增长倍数超过0.2;城市土地强度扩张增长区域分布在北京、广东、辽宁等省份,年均增长超过0.04。④全国尺度上,产业非农化对推动城市土地扩张最为显著;区域尺度上,人口城市化对不同地区城市土地面积扩张影响普遍较强。 Based on the urban panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2001 to 2019,this paper constructed the urban land sprawl area index and urban land sprawl intensity index,combined with the fixed-effect panel data model,and analyzed the spatial-temporal characteristics and influencing factors of urban land expansion at national and regional scales.The results showed that:①The urban land expansion area index showed a continuous upward trend,while the urban land expansion intensity index showed a fluctuating downward trend.②The Eastern region had the most obvious growth in urban land area,followed by the Western,Central and Northeast regions.The Central region had the most obvious decline in urban land expansion intensity,followed by the Western,Eastern and Northeast regions.③The most obvious expansion of urban land area was distributed in Xinjiang,Chongqing,Yunnan and other provinces,with an average annual growth rate of more than 0.2,while the expansion of urban land intensity was distributed in Beijing,Guangdong,Liaoning and other provinces,with an average annual growth rate of more than 0.04.④On the national scale,industrial non-agricultural had the most significant impact on urban land expansion,and on the regional scale,population urbanization had a strong impact on urban land area expansion in different regions.
