摘要
盾构施工在工程建设领域起着越来越重要的作用,盾构施工中产生的大量的盾构泥,长期堆积填埋,既侵占土地、浪费资源、污染环境,又会带来二次灾害,因此,利用盾构泥制备多孔陶瓷是实现其资源化利用的一条新途径。本研究以三种不同氧化物成分的盾构泥为主要原料,以煤粉为造孔剂,经过球磨、造粒、成型、烧成工艺制备多孔陶瓷,详细探索了氧化物含量、煤粉添加量、烧结温度对多孔陶瓷物理性能和抗弯强度的影响。氧化铝含量较高的盾构泥制备的多孔陶瓷显气孔率为25.4%-59.1%,密度为1.2-2.1;当煤粉量为50 wt.%时,样品的抗弯强度高达23.81 MPa。氧化铝含量较低的盾构泥制备的多孔陶瓷,其抗弯强度有一定降低。本研究为盾构泥资源化利用技术提供了一条新途径。
It is increasingly important for shield construction in engineering construction,resulting in a large amount of shield mud for stacking and landfill for a long time.It not only occupies land,wastes resources,and pollutes the environment,but can also bring second disasters.Therefore,using shield mud to prepare porous ceramics is a facile way of realizing its resource utilization.In this work,the shield mud with different oxide content was used as the main raw material and powder coal was used as a pore-forming agent to prepare porous ceramics,which were prepared by ball milling,granulation,molding,and sintering.The effects of oxide content,powder coal content,and sintering temperature on the physical properties and flexural strength of porous ceramics were investigated in detail.The porosity and density of the porous ceramics prepared by shield mud with higher Al_(2)O_(3) content were 25.4%-59.1%,1.12-2.1,respectively;When the powder coal content was 50 wt.%,the flexural strength reached 23.81 MPa.The flexural strength of the porous ceramics prepared by shield mud with lower Al_(2)O_(3) content was reduced to some extent.This study can provide a new way to shield mud resource utilization technology.
