摘要
在所有的脊柱肿瘤中,脊柱转移瘤是最常见的。目前患者的生存期越来越长,医疗技术逐渐提高,脊柱转移瘤发生率逐渐增加。外科治疗脊柱转移瘤的方式多种多样,其中全脊椎整块切除术(total en bloc spondylectomy,TES)可以获得满意的外科手术肿瘤边界,达到瘤外完整切除肿瘤的目的。然而TES手术风险高,并发症多,选择合适的手术入路与重建方式至关重要,因此有必要规范其诊疗流程。本文就全脊椎整块切除治疗脊柱转移瘤的研究进展作一综述。
Spinal metastases are the most common spinal tumors.As the treatment improving and the survival becoming longer,the incidence of spinal metastases is increasing.There are various modalities for surgical treatment of spinal metastases,among which total en bloc spondylectomy(TES)can obtain better tumor boundary resection to improve quality of life and survival time.However,TES is a high risk procedure with many complications,and it is very important to choose the appropriate surgical approach and reconstruction method.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize its diagnosis and treatment 0 process.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of total en bloc spondylectomy for spinal metastases.
