摘要
针对涪陵页岩气田某气井井下油管腐蚀穿孔问题,采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分检测、金相检测、硬度测试、冲击试验、微观形貌分析等表征手段进行失效分析。结果表明,该井失效油管化学成分、金相、冲击吸收能量满足相关标准;油管失效原因为局部减薄导致的韧性断裂及在压应力和扭转应力共同作用下断裂。建议后续在订货协议中对油管硬度等参数做出明确规定。
For corrosion and pitting of downhole tubing in a gas well of Fuling shale gas field,failure analysis was conducted by means of macroscopic morphology analysis,chemical composition detection and metallographic examination.The results show that the chemical composition,metallography and shock absorption energy of the failed tubing meet relevant standards.The failure causes of tubing are the ductile fractures caused by local thinning and the fractures under compressive stress and torsional stress.It is suggested that the parameters such as tubing hardness shall be specified in the subsequent order agreement.
