摘要
胸痹是一种常见且多发的心系疾病。国医大师雷忠义主任医师临证认为胸痹的典型证型以痰浊、血瘀、毒邪胶着为特点,形成“痰瘀毒互结”证,其治疗常以活血化痰解毒之法遣方用药。笔者据临床跟师诊疗体会浅析胸痹痰瘀毒互结证的内涵。
Thoracic obstruction is a common and frequently occurring heart disease.Traditional Chinese medicine master Lei Zhongyi,chief physician,thinks that the typical syndrome type of thoracic obstruction is characterized by turbid phlegm,blood stasis and toxin pathogen binding,forming the"phlegm,blood stasis and toxin combined"syndrome.The treatment was often adopted in the method of promoting blood circulation,removing phlegm and detoxification.According to the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the author analyzes the connotation of phlegm,blood stasis and toxin combined syndrome of thoracic obstruction.
