摘要
目的探讨数字化印模技术在口腔修复中的应用效果,以为临床合理选择印模技术提供参考。方法将2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的90例口腔修复患者以印模技术差异分为常规组(45例,传统印模技术)和观察组(45例,数字化印模技术)。比较两组的修复效果。结果观察组的修复总有效率及修复体边缘密合性优良率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的改良龈沟出血指数(mSBI)、咀嚼功能、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颌面美观度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的mSBI、咀嚼功能、VAS评分低于常规组,颌面美观度评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复中应用数字化印模技术可快速改善患者的临床症状及咀嚼功能,提高颌面美观度及修复体边缘密合性。
Objective To explore the application effect of oral digital impression in oral rehabilitation,so as to provide a reference for the rational choice of impression technology in clinic.Methods A total of 90 patients with oral rehabilitation admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into routine group(45 cases,traditional printing technology)and observation group(45 cases,oral digital impression)according to difference of impression technology.The repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of restoration and the excellent and good rate of marginal tightness of restoration in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the modified sulcus bleeding index(mSBI),masticatory function,visual analogue scale(VAS)and maxillofacial aesthetics scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the mSBI,masticatory function and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group,and the maxillofacial aesthetics score was higher than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral digital impression applied in oral rehabilitation can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and masticatory function of patients,and improve the maxillofacial aesthetics and the marginal tightness of restoration.
