摘要
功能性低聚糖是一类优质的益生元,具有促进肠道健康、降低血脂、增强免疫力等多种生理活性。但在制备过程中易产生非功能性糖分、色素以及无机盐等杂质。树脂具有吸附速度快、易再生、利用周期长等优点,被广泛应用于生物活性物质的富集纯化中。近年来,树脂在低聚糖分离纯化中的应用研究逐年增加,已逐渐成为国内外关注的新热点。本文重点对树脂在低聚糖分离、脱色、脱盐过程中的应用进行综述,并简述了树脂在低聚糖工业化生产中的应用,以期为低聚糖的纯化及后续应用提供基础。
Functional oligosaccharides are a kind of high quality prebiotics with various physiological activities such as promoting intestinal health,lowering blood lipids and enhancing immunity.However,non-functional sugars,pigments and inorganic salts are easily produced during the preparation process.Resin has the advantages of fast adsorption speed,easy regeneration and long utilization cycle,and is widely used in the enrichment and purification of bioactive substances.In recent years,the application of resin in the separation and purification of oligosaccharides has been increasing year by year,and has gradually become a new focus at home and abroad.In this paper,the application of different resins in the separation,decolorization and desalting of oligosaccharides was reviewed,and the application of resins in the industrial production of oligosaccharides was briefly introduced,in order to provide a basis for the purification and subsequent development of oligosaccharides.
