摘要
水工混凝土既要解决易开裂、脆性大、抗冲击性差等问题,还要满足高抗渗、抗冻、抗裂、抗冲磨等要求,同时面临着水化热温升和温度裂缝的问题。因此,掺入适量的聚丙烯纤维可以有效解决以上问题,改善混凝土的脆性破坏特征和抗冲耐磨性、韧性、抗冻、抗渗等性能,这也是高性能化水工混凝土的重要途径。
Hydraulic concrete should not only solve the problems of easy cracking,brittleness and poor impact resistance,but also meet the requirements of high impermeability,frost resistance,crack resistance and impact abrasion resistance,and face the problems of temperature rise of hydration heat and temperature crack.Therefore,adding appropriate amount of polypropylene fiber can effectively solve the above problems,improve the brittle failure characteristics of concrete,impact resistance,wear resistance,toughness,frost resistance and permeability and other properties,which is also an important way of high performance hydraulic concrete.
