摘要
目前,内锅涂层脱落问题为电饭煲售后核心问题之一,为解决电饭煲内胆使用一段时间后的涂层脱落问题,将结合产品实际售后失效案例从内锅涂料种类选型、工艺关键工序控制方面进行分析验证。研究表明饭煲内锅喷涂涂料种类、生产环境清洁度、涂料厚度、基材清洁度及粗糙度、烧结温度、基材应力等因素对内锅涂层寿命可靠性存在较大影响,为材料选型及制造过程控制提供较大参考价值。
At present,the problem of peeling off the inner pot coating is one of the core problems of the rice cooker after sale.In order to solve the problem of the coating peeling off after the inner pot of the rice cooker is used for a period of time,the analysis and verification will be carried out from the aspects of the type selection of the inner pot coating and the control of the key process of the process based on the actual after-sales failure cases of the product.The research shows that factors such as the type of spray coating on the inner pot of the rice cooker,the cleanliness of the production environment,the thickness of the coating,the cleanliness and roughness of the substrate,the sintering temperature,and the stress of the substrate have a great influence on the reliability of the coating life of the inner pot.Model and manufacturing process control provide greater reference value.
