摘要
高效利用低阶煤来缓解煤炭资源的紧缺。煤热解是低阶煤转化利用的一种重要工艺。介绍了煤热解的原理,总结了影响煤热解的因素主要有:热解终温、升温速率、操作压力、煤的粒度、热解气氛等。本文根据不同的热载体类型,介绍了几种现有的国内外工艺技术,包括DG热解技术、Toscoal技术、MRF热解技术、COED热解技术、回转窑热解技术、气固热载体热解工艺技术(SM-SP),同时简单对比了这几种煤热解工艺技术,以及对应工艺产物的组成,为后期低阶煤热解工艺的发展提供参考依据。
Efficient use of low-rank coal to alleviate the shortage of coal resources.Coal pyrolysis is an important process for the conversion and utilization of low-rank coal.The principle of coal pyrolysis is introduced,and the main factors affecting coal pyrolysis are summarized:pyrolysis final temperature,heating rate,operating pressure,coal particle size,pyrolysis atmosphere and so on.This paper introduces several existing domestic and foreign process technologies according to different heat carrier types,including DG pyrolysis technology,Toscoal technology,MRF pyrolysis technology,COED pyrolysis technology,rotary kiln pyrolysis technology,gas-solid heat carrier dual Cyclic pyrolysis technology(SM-SP),At the same time,these several coal pyrolysis process technologies and the composition of corresponding process products are briefly compared,which provides a reference for the development of low-rank coal pyrolysis process in the later stage.
