摘要
本文建立了顶空气相色谱质谱法测定清洗剂中苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯的方法。本方法以氘代甲苯为内标,用适当的溶剂提取,再采用顶空气相色谱质谱法分析苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯的含量。该方法在浓度20~4000 mg/kg范围内线性良好,线性相关系数大于0.995,检测限可以达到6 mg/kg,在3个浓度(低,中,高)的加标实验中,加标回收率为90%~110%,相对偏差<10%。该方法经验证重现性好,灵敏度高,使用于清洗剂中苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯含量测定。
Determination method of benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene and xylene in cleaning agents by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.Deuterated toluene was used as the internal standard,extracted with appropriate solvent,and then the contents of benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene and xylene were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The linearity is good in the concentration range of 20~4000 mg/kg,and the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.995.The detection limit can reach 6 mg/kg.In the standard addition experiments of three concentrations(low,medium and high),the recovery of standard addition is 90 %~110 %,and the relative deviation is less than 10 %.The operation is convenient,efficient and accurate.It has been verified to be used for the determination of benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene and xylene in cleaning agent.
