摘要
针对某货车用转向架出现的问题,考虑既有产品零部件的互换性,在改进使用性能的基础上设计研发了一款米轨转向架。介绍了转向架的结构特点、主要技术参数、在研发过程中对各零部件结构的优化。根据优化后的结构,采用ANSYS软件完成对侧架、摇枕静强度、刚度及疲劳的计算,并对新研发的组合式制动梁进行强度计算。计算结果均满足标准要求。对转向架的动力学性能进行计算分析,结果符合设计标准。对产品制造生产过程的监控及最终应用说明,该米轨转向架满足使用要求。
The article focuses on the problems of a wagon bogies,considering the interchangeability of existing product parts,and improving the performance of a meter-gauge bogie designed and developed.The structural characteristics of the bogie,the main technical parameters,and the optimization of the structure of various parts during the research and development process are introduced.According to the optimized structure,large-scale ANSYS software is used to complete the calculation of the static strength,stiffness and fatigue of the side frame and bolster,and the strength calculation of the newly developed composite brake beam.The calculation results meet the standard requirements.The calculation and analysis of the dynamic performance of the bogie are adopted,and the results meet the design standards.The monitoring of the product manufacturing process and the final application instructions meet the requirements for use.
