摘要
目的探讨术后早期营养干预对胆管癌术后患者恢复及胃肠功能影响。方法选取肝胆外科于2019年2月至2021年2月收治并实施常规手术治疗的胆管癌患者82例,以随机数字表法,分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组给予常规术后护理,研究组患者则在常规护理基础上实施早期营养护理。比较2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况,对术后护理前、护理后患者营养状态、机体免疫功能指标水平;自拟满意度量表调查2组护理满意度情况。结果研究组患者肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组血红蛋白、血清总蛋白营养指标与免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆管癌患者术后早期开展营养护理,有助于提高患者机体营养水平与免疫功能,促进术后胃肠功能恢复,患者认可度较高,护理价值较高。
Objective To investigate the effects of early postoperative nutrition nursing intervention on the postoperative recovery and gastrointestinal function of patients with cholangiocarcinoma.Methods A total of 82 patients with cholangiocarcinoma who were treated by routine surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were enrolled in the nstudy,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine postoperative nursing,however,those in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by early nutrition nursing.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,and the nutritional status of patients before and after nursing care,the immune function indexes,and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The bowel sound recovery time,exhaust time and defecation time in research group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the nutritional indexes including hemoglobin(Hb),serum total protein(TP)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)levels in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the the nursing satisfaction rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(90.24%vs 70.73%,P<0.05).Conclusion The early postoperative nutritional nursing for patients with cholangiocarcinoma is conduce to improving the nutritional level and immune function of patients,promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function,which is highly approved by patients and is of higher clinical application value.
