摘要
针对装备故障诊断实际需求,结合调距桨装置电液系统,进行了故障诊断测试性建模与分析。首先将调距桨装置电液系统进行层次化分解,将最小可更换单元为切入点分析故障模式与对应征兆,确定测试参数属性。其次,围绕建立的测试性模型开展故障诊断算法研究,分步缩小故障征兆与故障模式所对应的动态关联矩阵搜索范围,并确定测试序列,提高调距桨装置电液系统故障诊断效率与正确率。最后,在TEAMS中进行仿真,验证结果故障检测率与故障隔离率均大于80%。
According to the actual needs of fault diagnosis of faulty equipment,this paper combined with the controllable pitch propeller electro-hydraulic system,and carried out fault diagnosis testability modeling and analysis.Firstly,the electro-hydraulic system of the controllable pitch propeller device is decomposed.In this process,the smallest replaceable unit is used as an entry point to analyze failure modes and corresponding symptoms,and further determine the test parameter attributes.Secondly,the established testability model carry out fault diagnosis algorithm research is focused on.It is to narrow down the search range of the dynamic correlation matrix corresponding to the failure signs and failure modes step by step,and determine the test sequence.This improves the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis of the electro-hydraulic system of the controllable pitch propeller device.Finally,the model is simulated in TEAMS,and the result is verified that fault detection rate and fault isolation rate are both greater than 80%.
