双铰接微盾构拟合S形小转弯半径隧道施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 为了在微盾构施工过程中科学合理地对小转弯半径曲线进行拟合,以避免因盾构机趋势与线路趋势不符而产生工程质量问题,通过双主动球形铰接盾构对施工半径100 m的小转弯半径隧道进行拟合控制研究,得到了掘进过程中铰接伸缩量、掘进速度、姿态控制、曲线外侧注浆量、管节拼装选点等对施工影响大的重要参数。结合理论设计与现场施工经验,确定了双铰接微盾构拟合S形小转弯半径隧道的施工技术要点。结果表明,该施工技术有效地使微盾构对小转弯半径隧道进行拟合,为该类型微盾构施工提供了可靠依据。 To fit the curve of small turning radius scientifically and reasonably in the process of micro-shield construction,so as to avoid the engineering quality problems caused by the inconsistency between the trend of shield machine and the trend of line,the fitting control of small turning radius tunnel with construction radius of 100 m is studied through double active spherical articulated shield,and the important parameters that have a great impact on the construction,such as the amount of hinge extension and contraction,the tunneling speed,attitude control,the amount of grouting outside the curve and the selection of pipe joint assembly points,are obtained.The results show that the construction technology effectively enables the micro-shield to fit the tunnel with small turning radius,which provides a reliable basis for the construction of this type of micro-shield.
