摘要 为提高预制构件装配过程参建单位间信息沟通效率、协同管理智能化程度和全过程数据集成能力,在分析传统装配式建筑施工管理模型局限性的基础上,通过建立装配式建筑协同管理模式、确定装配式建筑管理功能框架,设计并开发了基于BIM技术的装配式建筑协同管理平台,并在泾河·荟智广场项目进行了应用。平台应用后,明确了装配式预制构件控制性节点,便捷化预制构件信息采集方式、可视化呈现构件状态和预警施工问题,有效指导项目管理,减少了窝工、返工现象,提升了项目信息化、精细化管理水平。 To improve the efficiency of information communication among participating units in the assembly process of prefabricated components,the intelligent degree of collaborative management and the ability of data integration in the whole process,based on the analysis of the limitations of the traditional prefabricated building construction management model,by establishing the modular building collaborative management mode and determining the functional framework of modular building management,a modular building collaborative management platform based on BIM technology is designed and developed,and applied in Jinghe·Huizhi Plaza project.After the application of the platform,the control nodes of prefabricated components,convenient information collection methods of prefabricated components,visual presentation of component status and early warning construction problems are defined.It effectively guides project management,reduces idling and rework,and improves the level of project information and fine management.
