基于希尔伯特变换的高信噪比时域OCT信号处理方法

摘要 精确提取时域OCT的相干信号,提高信噪比,有利于对干涉信号的精准定位以及弱光信号的提取,提高时域OCT系统的测量精度。传统的信号处理方法具有信噪比低,信号分辨率低,使后续处理算法变得复杂等问题,这些处理方法容易使微弱信号埋在噪声中,无法较好地对信号进行提取。针对上述问题,提出了一种新的信号处理方法,该方法在减平均和带通滤波对干涉信号频率以外的噪声进行滤除的基础上,再引入希尔伯特变换提取包络信号,最后通过低通滤波滤除高频噪声。实验结果表明,该方法在提取主要信息的同时也滤除了全频域的噪声,提高了信号的信噪比,将埋在噪声中的信号也提取出来,更易于对零点峰值的定位以及微弱光相干信号的提取。 Accurately extracting the coherent signal of time-domain OCT and improving the signal-to-noise ratio is conducive to the accurate positioning of interference signal and the extraction of weak light signal,so as to improve the measurement accuracy of time-domain OCT system.The traditional signal processing methods have the problems of low signal-to-noise ratio,low signal resolution and complex subsequent processing algorithms.These processing methods are easy to bury the weak signal in the noise and cannot extract the signal better.To solve the above problems,a new signal processing method is proposed in this paper.On the basis of subtracting average and band-pass filtering to filter the noise other than the interference signal frequency,Hilbert transform is introduced to extract the envelope signal,and finally the high-frequency noise is filtered by low-pass filtering.The processing results show that this method not only extracts the main information,but also filters out the noise in the full frequency domain,improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal,extracts the signal buried in the noise,and is easier to locate the zero peak and extract the weak optical coherent signal.
