摘要
四川某细鳞片石墨矿中石墨含量为12.50%,其中+0.15mm鳞片石墨仅占20.38%,石墨多呈条带状分布且层间夹杂有黑云母、石英等脉石矿物,不利于石墨单体解离与选矿富集。针对矿石性质,进行了磨矿细度、药剂用量、中矿处理及流程浮选试验,最终确定原矿一段粗磨一次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿经过七段再磨八次精选、中矿分批集中返回的工艺流程,获得了固定碳品位91.10%、碳回收率92.01%的石墨精矿。研究结果可为细鳞片石墨矿的开发利用提供参考。
The content of graphite in a fine flake graphite ore from Sichuan is 12.50%in which the content of+0.15mm flake graphite is only 20.38%,and the graphite is mostly distributed in a banded form with interlayer inclusion of gangue minerals such as biotite and quartz,which is not conducive to the liberation of graphite monomer and mineral processing enrichment.According to the ore properties,grinding fineness,reagent dosage,middling treatment and flowsheet flotation tests were carried out,and the flowsheet of one-stage primary grinding,one roughing,two scavengings,seven-stage regrinding and eight cleanings of rough concentrate,and batch return of middlings were finally determined.Graphite concentrate with fixed carbon grade of 91.10%and carbon recovery of 92.01%was obtained.The results can provide a reference for the development and utilization of fine flake graphite ore.
