摘要 为提高压阻薄膜阵列的无线压力采集实时性,设计开发一套并行采集系统。系统以高性能单片机作为采集主控器,实现交叉解耦和分压采样,利用蓝牙发送给主机,进行热力图显示;对实时性影响要素进行分析和优化,设计多列同步选通电路实现逐行循环触发,多列并行采集机制,提高采集效率;对RC滤波电路进行理论分析,提出电阻电容选择方案,达到速度和精度平衡;提出基于受力有限区域的组帧格式,降低无线数据量,并进行人体姿态识别应用验证以及不同采样方式实验对比。实验结果表明:该系统能准确采集压力分布数据,针对3600点阵列可达到0.404 s/次的采集效率。 In order to improve the real-time performance of wireless pressure acquisition of the piezoresistive film array,a parallel acquisition system was designed.The system used a high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the main acquisition controller to achieve cross decoupling and partial pressure sampling,and send to the host for heat map display by bluetooth.Through analyzing and optimizing real-time influence factors.Firstly,designed multi-column synchronous gating circuits to achieve one-by-one row cycle trigger and multi-column parallel acquisition mechanism to improve acquisition efficiency.Then proposed a selection scheme of resistance and capacitance by theoretical analyzing on RC filter circuit to achieved a balance between speed and accuracy.Finally,proposed a framing format based on the limited area of force to reduce the amount of wireless data.By conducting the verification of the human body gesture recognition application and the experimental comparison of different sampling methods.Experimental results show that the system can accurately collect pressure distribution data and the collection efficiency achieves 0.404 s/time for the 3600-point array.
