摘要
从含乙酸的工艺废水中回收醋酸,不仅可以有效减少废水处理的难度,同时回收的醋酸还具有很高的经济价值,可以有效降低PTA装置的醋酸单耗。本文通过介绍醋酸回收工艺在PTA装置中的应用,从技术背景、应用实例、效果分析、风险评测等方面作了简要论述,指出醋酸回收技术值得在PTA行业中推广应用。
The recovery of acetic acid from the process wastewater can not only effectively reduce the difficulty of wastewater treatment,but also has high economic value,which can effectively reduce the unit consumption of acetic acid in PTA plant.By introducing the application of acetic acid recovery technology in PTA plant,this paper briefly discusses the technical background,application examples,effect analysis,risk assessment,and points out that acetic acid recovery technology is worthy of popularization and application in the PTA industry.
