摘要
对今后上海氢能产业发展具有重要意义的《上海市氢能产业发展中长期规划(2022-2035年)》(以下全文中简称《规划》)于2022年6月20日印发了。这是一份由上海市发展和改革委员会、上海市经济和信息化委员会等8部门联合发布的具有纲领性的重要文件。对《规划》进行了详细解读,认为《规划》从构建全产业链、构建基础设施、构建科技引领、构建商业模式、构建发展环境等方面,着力推进上海氢能产业结合绿色低碳发展新“赛道”,对促进上海氢能产业健康、持续、有序发展,提升上海氢能产业高质量发展水平,创造了良好的发展环境。
<Medium and Long Term Planning for Hydrogen Energy In-dustry Development in Shanghai(2022-2035)>is of great signifi-cance to the development of Shanghai's hydrogen energy industry in the future(hereinafter referred to as<Planning>),which was issued on June 20,2022.This is an important programmatic document jointly issued by eight departments,including Shanghai Development and Reform Commission and Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission.The author interprets<Planning>in de-tail and it is believed that it is from the aspects of building the whole industrial chain,infrastructure,sci-ence and technology leadership,business model and development environment and strive to promote the new"track"of Shanghai's hydrogen energy industry combined with green and low-carbon develop-ment,which promotes the healthy,sustainable and orderly development of Shanghai hydrogen energy industry and enhances Shanghai hydrogen energy high-quality development level and creates a good development environment.
